Description:
--SYNTAX--
ServerSide Syntax: outputSideChat(string message, [ element sendTo, int R, int G, int B ] )
ClientSide Syntax: outputSideChat(string message, [ int R, int G, int B ] )
--Description--
A BFP4F styled admin-say for MTA. Messages are removed all at once after 5 seconds since latest message, just like in BFP4F
--Extra--
Added a 'free' example for usage of this script to look like the BFP4F admin message, where "~" replaces the BFP4F's "|c%%%%|" thing.
Command unrestricted, ./scSay <message>
