Simple vehicle script allowing you to change your vehicle color, spawn a vehicle, spawn inside a vehicle, and change your current vehicle.
Allowed arguments are allowed for spawning and changing of your vehicle/color, use "random" to apply a random color or spawn/change a random vehicle.
I expect to update this and add more, this will add easily into any freeroam server, simple modifications are needed if you are running a different type of server.
