This is my anti command spam script.
I test it in my test server.
I upload it in the YouTube.

Important : add the following line in acl.xml (in group Admin):

Settings :{

Time difference between commands : ( Amout of time (in milliseconds) that player has, to send specified amount of messages. Note : 1 sec = 1000 Millisec )

Number of commands : ( Amount of commands that player can send in specified amount of time. )

Player Penalty : ( The penalty will get it the player. [kick,ban,mute] )

Time of player being muted/banned : ( Amount of time that player will be muted/banned for. This setting is ignored if 'Player penalty' not mute or ban )
