Ghost Mode - BaseMode , War Modes

1.1 :
Added Command To Toggle ghost mode State :
/ghost <state [false/true] >

Ghost mode is known in race gamemode wich it disable Vehicle Collisions , but here its for war gamemodes [ BaseMode ] , it disable Body Collisions for players in same team , it works auto. - just for basemode - if an arena or base is running will be Enabled else it will be Disabled
How to install :
1- Download Resource , Upload it To Your server -in resource.zip format -
2- run it !

SetElementCollidableWith
