Description:
A simple graphical speedometer, updated for MTA:SA 1.0 (get a recent development nightly build).
WON'T WORK WITH MTA DP VERSIONS!
Low resource usage, no load delay, nice transparent design with needle image. Since v1.1, also has a little vehicle health bar.
