This script will spawn a Ped and a Desk into the wangcars car shop. This will make everyone be able to purchase a driving licence for 1200$. You must be within 3 Meters of the Ped and the Ped needs to be alive. (To ensure nobody kills the poor woman :) )

Commands:
/buylicence -- buys a licence for 1200$
/dellicence -- delete your licence (from anywhere)

NOTICE: With /dellicence you don't get your money back!

You can only enter a vehicle if you are logged in AND have a driving licence bought on that account. Without account you can't buy driving licences or drive vehicles (only passenger seat).
You can use the bike, bmx and mountain bike, though. Because in reallife you don't need a licence for that too ;)
