Description:
This is a script that allows admins to trigger a flood at the speed of their choise.
===How the flood works===
Water is added all underneath San Andreas then slowly (or fast, depending on the speed specified) rises up into San Andreas.
===Speed===
The standard flood speed is 1, which takes about 45 seconds before taking effect in Los Santos.
===Commands (admin-only)===
/flood <speed> - Start the flood at the speed specified.
/flood-stop - Stop the flood.
===Known Bugs===
Currently none.
