Description:
This script creates and manages an admin panel that is only accessible to players in the "Staff" team. The admin panel includes various administrative functions such as killing a player, giving money, giving vehicles, moving players to the "Staff" team, giving health and armor, toggling a jetpack, freezing players, destroying vehicles, removing money, and setting player names and skins.
