Optimized bone attach (written from scratch in 2021) thanks to the new MTA functions/events.
This resource doesn't match with well known bone_attach, you can not use the same parameters!
The optimization means it gives less FPS lag / memory and CPu usage impact than the very old "bone_attach" (id 2540) from CrystalMV / Devan_LT, so you should always strive to use pAttach over that.
