Shaders, lighting and stuff by Ren712

The shader applies a lightmap to de_dust2 map. That's my first "semi" satisfying outcome.
Most of the visual issues come from my lack of experience with 3ds max. But there are
not that many. Doesn't eat up many more frames than any other shader. Well maybe video memory.
