This is a revamped script of an older joinquit resource that I've made a long time ago, it includes options that can be changed in the Admin Panel.
To use additional join messages, enable *join_messages in the Admin Panel and modify the join_message.lua file.
CAUTION: it requires the resource 'ip2c' for countries to show up, otherwise it'll ignore the feature.
