Creates teams that are predefined in an XML-File and adds players automatically to them, based on clantag (or any part of the nick) and/or the ACL Group they are in.

For example, this can be used to put players of a clan or all admins in one team.

This is of course for gamemodes that don't create teams on their own (like race), else it will probably come to conflicts.
