This base is placed on SF near the airport.

i made a little "blue" blip on the minimap so you can see where the base is placed..

there are following commands :
/s1op - open the gate
/elv - the elevator to the ship
/sh - hydra lift on the boat
/lft - lift to training area and dm area.
