Description:
since DDC servers got a new speedometer, and keeping in mind what happened to the old one (which was based on speedo_gfx resource anyway), i decided to put the new one here by myself.
color/position/scale setup:
F8/~ > right click: to drag speedometer around the screen
F8/~ > wheel scroll: to change size
~ > double click: options (colors and "spinning thing")
all settings are saved on resource stop to client xml file.
