It just uses one player's input text and gives output to other player as voice. Here are commands:
/vm <player name> <Text> -- To send message to specified player.
/vre <text> -- To reply to last person VMed you.
/vc help -- Opens help GUI with commands and multilingual help.
V2.0 supports 121 languages. Most common multiple languages like Arabic, French, Philpino and alot more 'commonly' used languages would work fine but other languages might not work always.
