Tic-tac-toe | O & X | Cross and noughts

Instructions:
► Type /ttt <playername> to request for a game
► Opponent can /accept or /decline
► Player can give up by typing /resign
► Settings are configurable, at first few lines of c.lua & s.lua
Other:
► When player quits, opponent automatically wins
► If someone is already playing tic-tac-toe, someone else can't request him till his game is over
► Includes anti-spam, /ttt can be used once every 60 seconds (Configurable)
► If opponent doesn't /accept or /decline in 30 seconds, it's auto-declined (Configurable)
► TicTacToe size is 300x300 by default. (Configurable)
