steps to use
1:start the skin_flash
2:select the skin number "294"
3:create an ACL group called "flash"
4 put your name in that acl's group.
press f2 to start the efecct and f3 to stop it

2. date el skin numero 294
3. crea un grupo en el acl con el nombre "flash"
4. colocate en el grupo flash
presiona f2 para inicial el efecto y f3 para detenerlo
