Element streamer as used in the Valhalla gaming server. Mostly used to reduce the lag in areas where there are a lot of vehicles, and also fixing the 'virtual function call' error when there are a lot of pickups around you.

These can be basically changed to whatever you want to stream. Just copy the marker.lua file, add the type on the top and edit the streamdistance. Add this file to the meta.xml and restart the resource.
