Description:
Applies a screen space reflection effect to a recreated GTASA vehicle effect.
There is a slight change to the original:
-specular highlighting per pixel (instead of per vertex)
Uses (but does not require): dl_core
Thanks goes to rifleh700 for his research to recreate exact gtasa vehicle processing.
